Commercial Services Division

Harwood Services Commercial, Inc., encompasses all aspects of commercial, institutional and industrial painting, wallcovering and special coatings application. We offer high-quality workmanship and service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accommodate our customers' schedules, not our own.

Harwood Services is a fully insured and bondable member of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) specializing in office buildings, schools, assisted living centers, hotels, warehouses and other structures.

Our exterior projects range from small painting jobs to high pressure water powerwashing, caulking, concrete staining and sealing, elastomeric waterproofing, and painting projects requiring in excess of 1,000 gallons of material.

Our interior projects range from single offices and corridors to multi-level office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, production plants, food processing plants, warehouses and entertainment facilities.
